It's seriously been the longest, best, worst two weeks of my entire life. That makes no sense to anybody but in my mind it totally does. It's the end of the second week of my second semester of college.
First of all, the Sunday night after Christmas break, when Rylie came to pick me up so we could head back to Ephraim, I was literally in tears because I didn't want to go back. I loved my first semester of college, but with all the drama that had gone down just before the break, and even the drama during the break (which was 100% the silliest and most pointless thing ever), I wanted to be anywhere but Ephraim.
So the first week of this semester I spent in tears and stressed, but I learned to let go of my grudges and be content. So along with all the frustrations of trying to become a happy person besides my circumstances, I forced myself through the week. That weekend, I had been invited to spend at rylies cabin with some of my favorite people in this whole world. Capri, Lydia, Rylie, and then some boys that I didn't know as well...but it was seriously the best weekend EVER. Even though I crashed on my sled (such a me thing to do) and did something to my shoulder...
So there's a picture of all of us at the cabin (yes, I laugh every time I look at this picture. I look like a retard! My arm, for one, and let's not even talk about my hair).
I ended the week in the best way possible. We got a chance to sing in the CES fireside! Capri played piano. She's so good! This is Capri, me, Lydia, and her brother Hayden.
This past week has been hard, but also fun. I've had to do everything with my left hand, and one arm. I'm getting an MRI this weekend to see what the real damage is. Fingers crossed that it's nothing too horrible!
This week, I also became really good friends with my roommate Kylie. I seriously love her SO MUCH. Haha we're ALWAYS laughing and having so much fun together.
So after two of the worst and best weeks of my life, I'm just grateful for all of my great friends. They are theeee finest of the fine and funnest of the fun. :)
